Nick is an experienced, fellowship-trained Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. He specialises in upper limb surgery and complex trauma, treating most conditions of the upper limb. He was appointed to an NHS consultant post at the internationally renowned Barts Health NHS Trust, which includes one of the busiest trauma units in the country at the Royal London Hospital.
Nick trained in Lond on, being awarded numerous prizes, undertook a fellowship at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and was awarded a travelling fellowship to North America to visit some of the most influential and pioneering upper limb surgeons.
Nick sits on various national and regional committees including the British Orthopaedic Association’s Orthopaedic committee, for which he is the vice chair. He is the Orthopaedic Clinical Network Director at Barts Health, overseeing the delivery of trauma and orthopaedic care across North-East London. He has previously worked as a Clinical Fellow to the National Medical Director, during which time worked on healthcare policy and regulation.
Nick has written three surgical textbooks, numerous book chapters and has published research in international peer-reviewed journals. He continues to pursue an academic career and acts as a co-PI (Principal Investigator) on national research projects. His contribution to teaching has led to the award of Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Nick is a firm believer of providing a comprehensive, holistic and well-rounded approach to the treatment of orthopaedic disorders using the most up to date technology and pioneering methods. He works closely with leading physiotherapists and anaesthetists in a well-balanced team, intervening surgically only where appropriate.

Mr Daniel Williams is a highly skilled, fellowship trained Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in the management ofHand and Upper Limb problems. His NHS practice is based at Barts Health NHS Trust where he provides elective and trauma care at Whipps Cross Hospital and The Royal London Hospital. Mr Williams can be seen privately at The London Clinic, HCA London Bridge and The Holly Hospital.
Mr Williams has a comprehensive upper limb practice delivering complex trauma and elective surgery solutions including reconstruction of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. Daniel is passionate about delivering the highest possible standard of patient care. He uses arthroscopic surgery, joint replacement and innovative techniques including patient specific 3D printed implants, to achieve the best outcomes for his patients. Daniel works within a multidisciplinary team, performing surgery only when needed.
Mr Williams qualified in medicine at the University of Bristol Medical School in 2007 and completed his Orthopaedic specialty training in London on the renowned Percival Pott Rotation. After receiving his Fellowship of The Royal College of Surgeons in 2017, he undertook a two-year fellowship at the Brisbane Hand and Upper Limb Unit in Australia.
Daniel has a background in elite sport as a national swimmer and international water polo player, representing Great Britain for over 10 years and winning a Bronze Medal in the Commonwealth Championships. He understands the importance of working closely with sportsmen and women at all levels and their teams in order to return to activity as quickly and safely as possible.
Mr Williams is actively involved in teaching and research and is invited as Faculty on national and international courses. He is well published and uses the most up to date evidence to guide his management strategies.

Mr Sirat Khan is a distinguished Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialised focus on upper limb surgery. He completed his medical training at the Royal Free and University College London Medical School and underwent postgraduate specialty training in the renowned Royal London training program.
Mr Khan has honed his expertise through international fellowships, contributing to his reputation as a highly experienced surgeon in his field. His academic achievements include an MB BS, BSc in Anatomy (Hons), a PhD in Trauma, and he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) in Trauma and Orthopaedics.
In 2021, Mr Khan returned to the UK from Canada to join the Royal Free NHS London as an Upper Limb Trauma and Orthopaedic Consultant. His leadership skills are recognised through his appointment as Clinical Lead at this world-leading institution.

Kalpesh is passionate about helping patients suffering from pain and disability caused by hand and wrist conditions. He has expertise in all aspects of hand surgery including WALANT (Wide-Awake Local Anaesthetic No Tourniquet), complex trauma, microsurgery, arthroscopy (keyhole) and small joint arthroplasty. He is a Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon at the internationally renowned Barts Health NHS Trust which includes one of the busiest level 1 trauma centres in Europe, the Royal London Hospital.
Kalpesh read medicine at Imperial College London and completed a BSc in Surgical Sciences graduating with 1st class honours. He completed specialist orthopaedic training on the prestigious Percivall Pott rotation. Kalpesh then undertook the Training Interface Group (TIG) integrated orthoplastics hand surgery fellowship at the Pulvertaft Hand Centre, Derby and gained international experience at the Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney, Australia. Returning to the UK he spent time as a consultant at Guys & St Thomas Hospital Hand unit.
He has been awarded the BSSH Travelling fellowship attending the Institute Kaplan in Barcelona, Spain and the ASSH International Fellowship to attend centres of excellence in the USA including Hospital for Special Surgery & Montefiore-Einstein (New York), Vanderbilt Health (Nashville), Mayo Clinic (Rochester) and Duke University (Durham), learning from some of the worlds pioneering surgeons.

Mr Lucky Jeyaseelan

Mr Jeyaseelan is passionate about helping patients suffering with pain and disability caused by foot and ankle (F&A) conditions. He is an experienced, fellowship trained Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon. Mr Jeyaseelan’s NHS practice is based at the internationally renowned Barts Health NHS Trust, which includes one of the busiest trauma units in Europe, The Royal London Hospital. He is the Clinical Lead of Elective Orthopaedic Care at the Barts Health Orthopaedic Centre and an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Queen Mary University London (QMUL).
He specialises in all aspects of F&A care including complex trauma, deformity correction, minimally invasive surgery and sports injuries. He has a particular interest in ankle arthritis and total ankle replacement. He also specialises in dealing with the longer-term impact of trauma and post-traumatic reconstructions.
He is the Chair of the Foot & Ankle Committee of SICOT and sits on the Evidence Based Medicine Committee of the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS) and the Elective Orthopaedic Committee of the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA). He is an examiner at The Royal College of Surgeons of England and also a Co-Opted Member of the Royal College of Physicians, working with the National Guideline Centre, offering orthopaedic expertise in developing NICE guidance.
Mr Jeyaseelan completed his training on the prestigious Percivall Pott Rotation in
London. Throughout this time, he worked at highly regarded centres of excellence including The Royal London Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. He subsequently undertook a specialist fellowship at The University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, Canada, working with the design surgeons of one of the most commonly used total ankle replacements in the world, learning techniques in custom 3D printed prostheses, patient specific instrumentation and revision surgery.
Mr Jeyaseelan was awarded the prestigious AOFAS Travelling Fellowship in 2023, visiting centres in the US, exchanging knowledge and techniques. He has also been awarded The Singhal Travelling Fellowship by the British Orthopaedic Association, an AO specialist trauma fellowship in Ohio and multiple travelling fellowship awards from the British Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (BOFAS), visiting centres of excellence including The Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard) in Boston and units across Europe. He has completed an executive programme in Healthcare Leadership & Management at the Carey Business School, Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore.
Mr Jeyaseelan is passionate about education and serves on both the Specialty Advisory Committee in Trauma & Orthopaedics and the Selection Design Group, designing recruitment into higher orthopaedic training. He is Lead for Education at Barts Bone & Joint Health. He is Chair of the award winning, Fundamentals of Orthopaedics Series, a virtual platform supporting the development of aspiring orthopaedic surgeons. As AO Faculty, he teaches on the AO Masters F&A Courses, and teaches on a number of international specialist F&A courses. He has given numerous international lectures around the world and continues his passion for education. He teaches on the MSc Trauma Programme at QMUL, on which is he Module Lead for the Open Fractures and Ortho-Plastics module.
He has published widely on a number of topics withing both elective and trauma foot and ankle topics, ranging from ankle, Lisfranc and talus fractures to sports injuries, ankle replacement and minimally invasive surgery.

Amit is passionate about delivering high quality foot and ankle orthopaedic care. He has a wide and varied clinical practice including major foot and ankle trauma, post traumatic deformity correction, ankle arthroplasty and diabetic foot reconstruction.
Having completed higher surgical training in the South-East Thames training programme in London, Amit undertook three post training fellowships. The first of these was at Barts Health, undertaking major trauma and complex foot and ankle elective training. He augmented this with a fellowship in ankle arthroplasty in Nottingham and diabetic foot reconstruction at Kings College Hospital. He was awarded the prestigious European Foot and Ankle Society travelling fellowship award in 2023, travelling and learning from world renowned surgeons in Germany, Poland, Denmark, Finland, and Spain.
Academically, he recruits for major trials based out of Barts Health and has published widely in the field of foot and ankle helping him deliver evidence-based healthcare to his patients. He has a higher degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine.
He is a member of the British, European and American foot and ankle societies. As a member of the Young Consultant committee for the European Foot and Ankle Society he is involved with driving forward training for European foot and ankle surgeons. He has been involved with setting national standards for ankle arthritis management from the British Foot and Ankle Society. Mr Johnathan Ward
Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Pelvic, Hip & Knee Surgeon

Jonathan Ward is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon that has particular interests in reconstruction around the pelvis, hip and knee and the management of lower limb fragility fractures. After completion of his specialist orthopaedic training in 2017, Jonathan trained as a fellow at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham working with pioneering experts focusing on hip and knee joint reconstruction prior to completing a year as the Pelvic & Acetabular Trauma and Complex Arthroplasty Fellow at the Royal London Hospital. This sub-speciality training has enhanced his ability to deal with the crossover between joint reconstruction for arthritis and trauma, and the challenges relating to fractures around previous implants.
Mr Ward’s professional practice is based on hip and knee arthroplasty and the identification and management of problems affecting the hip or knee. He specialises in complex or challenging hip and knee replacement surgery and uses his familiarity with the full spectrum of implants and techniques to tailor the reconstruction to the needs of that individual patient. Mr Ward was appointed as a Consultant at Barts Health NHS Trust in 2019, where he is currently the arthroplasty (joint replacement) lead clinician. Mr Ward graduated from Imperial College London in 2006 and trained on the prestigious Birmingham Orthopaedic Training Programme based at the specialist Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. He has a keen interest in education and training and is involved in the supervision and training of junior surgeons. He is a regular faculty member with Orthopaedic Research UK and the QMUL Trauma Sciences programme. He has more than 10 years’ experience conducting clinical research and his research endeavours have centred primarily around hip reconstruction and the management of fractures around the hip socket and pelvis.
Jonathan was born and raised in London where he continues to live with his young family. He is a keen rugby and motorsports fan, and can often be seen in Richmond Park being taken for a walk by his two large dogs!

Jaison is extensively trained and highly skilled in all aspects of knee surgery. As a surgeon exclusively looking after knees, he is able to provide his patients with a wide range of treatment options. The conditions he treats range from minor sports injuries and knee arthritis all the way up to failing knee replacements requiring complex re-do surgery and major knee injuries needing multiple ligament reconstructions.
Jaison has a busy NHS consultant practice at the prestigious Barts Health NHS Trust (The Royal London Hospital) where he runs a tertiary complex knee service and is the Complex Major Revision Knee Network Lead for North East London.

Neil is a Consultant Paediatric and Young Adult Hip Surgeon at the world-renowned Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore, the UK’s number one specialist orthopaedic hospital. He regularly manages some of the country’s most complex paediatric and young adult musculoskeletal problems and a significant portion of his practice involves tertiary referral work, sent on from other hospitals because of its difficult or rare nature.
Neil specialises in all aspects of non-spinal paediatric orthopaedics and has super-specialist expertise in advanced paediatric, adolescent and young adult hip preservation techniques and neuromuscular disorders such as cerebral palsy. He is triple fellowship trained, having spent one year at Sick Kids, Toronto the home of modern-day paediatric hip surgery and eighteen months at Great Ormond Steet, the best children’s Hospitals in North America and Europe respectively. Two years at Europe’s busiest level one trauma centre (The Royal London), gave him a wide experience of caring for injured children. He has a passion for computer navigated bone cuts (osteotomies) to improve surgical accuracy and human factors that reduce medical error.
Neil has written numerous medical textbook chapters, published research in international peer-reviewed journals and acts as a Principal Investigator on a number of national research projects. He has won prizes for his work from the British Society of Childrens Orthopaedics (BSCOS), the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA), Association of Surgeons in Training (ASiT) and the HCA foundation.
With three young children of his own, Neil understands the large impact that surgery has on children and their families. Dr Daniel Broman is a leading Consultant in Musculoskeletal, Sport and Exercise Medicine consulting privately at The Holly Private Hospital and Nuffield St.Bartholomew’s Hospital.
In addition to his NHS and private clinical practice, Dr. Broman is the current Head of Sports Medicine for City Football Group, a leading global football organisation who own clubs including Manchester City FC, New York City FC, Melbourne City FC, Girona FC,Palermo FC, Bahia and more. Dr. Broman is also Head of Medical Governance for the Football Association (FA).
He was previously employed as the club doctor at West Ham United FC, from 2020 to 2023, where he worked with the team both domestically in the Premier League and internationally for UEFA competitions, including being part of the team to win the Europa Conference League in 2023. His work with theFA has previously included roles as teamdoctor for the England WU21’s and England U18’s and Dr. Broman has worked at a number of international tournaments including the FIFA WU20 World Cup, the FIFA U17 World Cup and the Toulon Tournament. Dr. Broman feels passionately about the use of physical activity as a therapeutic intervention for many medical conditions. He is a strong advocate for a non-surgical approach to sports medicine and musculoskeletal health, believing that exercise is medicine and central to recovery from injury.
Dr. Broman graduated in Medicine in 2010 and underwent training in Acute Medicine in London becoming aMember of the Royal College of Physicians in 2014. He was awarded a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from University College London in 2015 and subsequently completed Higher Specialist Training in Sportand Exercise Medicine in London. During his specialist training, he also gained a PGCert in Medical Ultrasound with distinction from AECC University College. In 2019,Dr. Broman was appointed as a Consultant and became a Fellow of the Faculty of Sportand Exercise Medicine with inclusion on to the GMC Specialist Register.

Dr Craig Rosenbloom is a Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine who works currently within the NHS and at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. He is passionate about musculoskeletal medicine and managing patients with a strong focus on nonoperative care. He believes in the importance of physical activity, and helping patients return to the activities that they enjoy in a quick and safe manner.
He has experience working within elite sports, including roles at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, The Football Association, West Ham Football Club, Leyton Orient Football Club, The Lawn Tennis Association, The European Disability Golf Association, The London Marathon, and the Maccabiah Games.
Dr Craig Rosenbloom attended Chigwell School before completing his medical training at Manchester University in 2010. He is a qualified GP and has a Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine from Queen Mary University of London. He has a Post Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound from the University of East London.
He undertook Higher Specialist Training within the prestigious London Deanery to enter the GMC specialist register as a Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine, obtaining Fellowship of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine.
He is actively involved in medical research and since 2020 holds the position as an Honorary Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London. He has published articles in medical journals and has presented posters at international medical conferences. His research interests are in the topics of sport-related concussion and medication usage in elite sports.
